I bought a Canon Rebel XT on Craigslist and went without battery door (to my knowledge). When I use the camera battery and put it on the camera the next day any more. Is the lack of a battery cover effects on the ability of the device to turn on and off?

The door really noticeable when the camera is connected to the handle. Thus, the seller at the door (there is a place for themselves in the grip "hide") when he sells the device.
Canon may be a little a few dollars. My niece has had the same thing, and she could get in a week. Go to a store that sells local camera Canon cameras (a real camera store,) is not an electronics store and can be ordered for you.
